In-line with 'Distance Selling Regulations', if you purchase an item online you can return your items within 14-days even if it has been opened for inspection, and you have simply changed your mind. It must be returned as delivered with all components and packaging and at the cost of the customer.

If your item is faulty, we're happy to offer you an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

If more than 30 days have passed since purchase or delivery, we may be able to repair your faulty item, provided it is still within its warranty period (normally 12 months from purchase). Please bear in mind, we don't offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs if your item is faulty due to accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear or tear.

If you want to return an item, we are happy to offer you an exchange, a refund, or discuss an alternative. Simply contact us and let us know why you'd like to return your item and which solution you'd prefer, and we'll do our best to find an agreeable solution.

Our aim is to deliver items ordered as soon as possible. To help you plan for your delivery, we will send an e-mail with tracking details, once it will be shipped. 

All delivery times quoted are estimates only. Our Standard Delivery is a 3-Day Service following receipt of cleared funds and acknowledgement of stock availability.

Prices quoted include delivery within the UK mainland & Ireland.

Alternative delivery methods or destinations will require a quotation and an additional cost to the sale.

Cleared funds must be received before any goods will be dispatched unless the customer has an approved Credit Trading Account.

If an approved credit account is in place, payment is due no later than 30-days after the date of our invoice unless otherwise agreed by Vernon Computers.

Advance payments can be received via PayPal or a BACS Bank Transfer.
